IECA was founded by three consulting engineers looking to better focus their service offerings to the industry.

Our strategy is to focus on the specialty fields of Information Assurance (IA), Information Security (INFOSEC), communication protocols and standardization in which we are strong, but expand our skill set as necessary to support a high rate of return business.
